Boundary Surveys
A boundary survey establishes where your property lines actually are, based on the deed, the recorded plats, the monuments found on the ground and the boundaries of the adjoining tracts.
We research the chain of title and adjoiner records, recover original and called for monuments, resolve conflicts between record and evidence using accepted principles of boundary law, and set new monuments where they are missing. The result is a sealed plat and, when needed, a metes and bounds description you can rely on for a sale, a fence, a dispute or a permit.
