Southline Surveying & Mapping is a Texas licensed surveying firm delivering boundary, title, construction and geospatial work with the care of a small firm and the capability of a much larger one.

Southline was founded on a simple idea: clients deserve a licensed survey team that is responsive, straightforward about scope and cost, and accountable for the work.

Based in Texas and serving all of Texas and the surrounding states, we work with homeowners, builders, developers, title companies, engineers and energy clients wherever the project is. Our work ranges from residential lot surveys to ALTA/NSPS title surveys, pipeline route surveys and aerial mapping of utility scale solar, wind and battery storage sites.

Every project is performed under the direct supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor with more than 15 years of field and office experience across residential, commercial, oil and gas and renewable energy work in multiple states.

Founder & President

Southline is a team of experienced surveyors who review the records, keep the client informed and see every project through from the first request to the sealed plat.

Obi founded Southline Surveying & Mapping to give property owners, builders and developers a licensed survey team that is accountable for the work. A Professional Land Surveyor with more than 15 years of field and office experience, he has led survey and geospatial work on residential lots, commercial ALTA/NSPS surveys, oil and gas pipelines, and utility scale solar, wind, battery storage and data center projects across Texas and the surrounding states. The team behind him brings the same standard to every job: clean CAD and GIS deliverables, documented coordinate systems and clear communication at every step.
